I needed new glass for my kitchen door. I called Fast Glass Solution around closing time on a Monday. Alex was happy to explain the process & asked for a picture of the door. Once he received the photo, he assured me he could help. He asked for my address and said he would be by the next morning. He said he could order the glass and be ready for install by Saturday. We decided on the following Monday because it was more convenient for me. He arrived, installed the glass in about an hour, and cleaned up the debris and it looked as if he was never there. The door looks great and I couldn’t be happier. The price was exactly what Alex stated too. He was polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend him. I am keeping his contact for the future, if not for me then for my friends. Please know the competition wanted $65 to come to my house & would apply the deposit towards the work without knowing how much they were going to charge! Another glass company never responded after I sent my photo. They totally ghosted me after speaking with me for10 minutes. Call Fast Glass Solution…Alex is dependable & it’s nice to support small businesses.

I had a good experience with Alex and Khalil at Fast Glass Solutions. They replaced a shattered window quickly and affordably. They are friendly, courteous, and very competent. Most of all, the window is fixed at a reasonable price point. I recommend them to others.

Edit: after a couple weeks I noticed the new pane had sunk a little and left a little gap at the top. Easy enough to patch with caulk but removing a star. Just bought an old house with these old wooden single-pane windows and immediately cracked one on our first day. Alex came out and replaced the pane in a couple hours without even taking the window apart. Solid work, great price, flexible scheduling, couldn’t be happier.
